  • Absolutely. Every booking includes a trained photo booth attendant who manages setup, operation, and takedown—so everything runs smoothly while you enjoy your event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 3 months in advance. Peak dates often fill up 6–12 months ahead. Last-minute bookings are welcome if available.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your event. Your reservation isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Our team arrives 1.5 hours before the booth opens to set up, test, and ensure everything’s perfect. Setup time isn’t counted toward your rental period.

  • Yes! We offer a curated collection of luxury props and elegant backdrops, with custom designs available to match your theme or brand aesthetic.

  • Of course. Every event includes personalized branding and design customization—from logos and color palettes to event names or monograms.

  • Yes, as long as the area is covered and protected—like inside a tent or pavilion. Our booths are best suited for indoor use, as weather and lighting can affect performance. We’ll work with you to ensure the setup is safe and beautiful.

  • A GIF is a series of still photos looped into an animation, while a Boomerang is a short video clip that plays forward and backward. Both are saved as MP4s and perfect for social sharing.

  • We recommend a minimum of 8 ft x 8 ft with at least 8 ft of ceiling clearance. This allows comfortable space for the booth, backdrop, and lighting. Smaller setups can be accommodated with advance notice.

  • We require one standard 120-volt, 10-amp, 3-prong outlet within 50 feet of the booth. Weak or shared power sources can cause interruptions, but our attendants will test and adjust as needed.

  • Your full gallery is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, with a maximum of one month during busy seasons or when additional editing is required.
